Meet Stephanie

My connection to Spirit began at a young age, with beautiful encounters from as early as four. But my life path wasn’t always an easy one. By 16, I was pregnant, married in high school, and by 21, a mother of three. I grew up immersed in a faith structure that emphasized male headship, female submission, and the idea of sacrifice as the highest form of love. For much of my life, I trusted external rules over my own inner truths.

I poured myself into overwork, alongside my husband, in the church, raising children, flipping houses, and trying to be everything to everyone. Even as our efforts led to growing congregations, my personal and family systems were unraveling. I reached a point of deep burnout. Crisis hit. Our marriage and sense of self collapsed under the weight of constant sacrifice and external expectations. In 2018, we traded the hustle of Nashville for the peace of Asheville, hoping for a fresh start.

I was at a crossroads, feeling like the only way out was either a return to my faith or a dive into chaos. It was then that I met a gifted energy healer who introduced me to the Akashic Records. Through time spent reconnecting with my own soul and finding peace in the mountains, my nervous system began to heal. With the guidance of my soul and spiritual guides, I began the process of shedding everything I was not—releasing the conditioning that had shaped me. What remained was my true self, and life has since unfolded in profoundly beautiful ways.

No longer bound by the need to over-give to please others or to follow external expectations, my days are now filled with heart-centered choices, joy, and play. Even when the journey isn’t perfect, it feels authentic. I now find great joy in walking alongside others who are ready to uncover their own soul blueprints, helping them reconnect to their inner truths and purpose, all while staying connected to the love and light that exists within and above us all.
