Meet Stephanie
I’ve been in conversation with Spirit for as long as I can remember. Some of my earliest memories include beautiful encounters that felt completely normal to me at the time, as if the unseen world was simply part of the room. Preschool Prophet for the win!
But my human path? That one had some plot twists. By sixteen, I was pregnant. Married in high school. A mother of three by twenty one. I grew up within a faith structure that taught me sacrifice was holy, obedience was required, and my inner voice was something needing to submit to external authority. I became so good at over-giving, had it been an Olympic Sport, I would’ve won all 3 medals!
My husband and I worked hard. Led in the church. Flipped houses. Raised 4 babies. Showed up for everyone. The congregations grew. The responsibilities grew. And quietly, so did the cracks. Eventually, burnout arrived like an unwanted but necessary teacher.
Our marriage collapsed under the weight of constant striving. My identity (built almost entirely around service and sacrifice) unraveled with it. In 2018, we left the hustle of Nashville for the mountains of Asheville, hoping space might help us hear ourselves think again. What I didn’t know then was that I wasn’t losing my life. I was shedding it like a snake outgrowing a skin too small.
At my most painful crossroads, I met a gifted energy healer who introduced me to the Akashic Records, and for the first time, I experienced guidance that didn’t ask me to abandon myself. It invited me back in.
Through reconnecting with my own soul, sitting in the stillness of the mountains, and slowly regulating a very tired nervous system, I began releasing everything I had been taught to be. The over functioning. The self erasure. The belief that love required depletion. What remained was quieter. Truer. More spacious.
Now, my life is rooted in heart centered choice, joy, play, and sometimes sass, not because anything is now perfect, but because it is aligned! I no longer live by external expectation. I live by resonance. And it’s my honor to walk alongside others who are ready to do the same – untangle conditioning, reconnect with their soul’s wisdom, and remember who they were before the world told them who to be.
This work isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about coming home to who you’ve always been.
