While I had lovely encounters with the Spirit from age 4 on, I was also pregnant at 16, married in high school, a Mother to three by 21. Being immersed in a faith structure that focused on male headship, female submission, and sacrifice as the highest expression of love from birth, I trusted outer rules over inner truth for much of my life. Overwork alongside my husband in the church, adding one more baby to the family, slow flipping 9 houses, and pouring continually out led to deep burnout. Even as congregations grew from our efforts, the marriage and family systems imploded under lack of self-knowing. Crisis of faith came and we traded Nashville for Asheville in 2018.

Feeling ready to head on home to Jesus or bedlam because vows made said that was the only way out, I began to see a lovely energy healer who introduced me to the Akashic Records. Through time spent in that field reconnecting with my own soul, and in the peace of the mountains, my nervous system began to heal. With the help of Guides, I began the journey of letting fall away all I was not, releasing the pieces that came through outer conditioning, so what remained was my one true self, and life has changed in beautiful ways.
