Meet Stephanie
I’ve been in connection with the Unseen for as long as I can remember. Some of my earliest memories include spiritual encounters that felt completely normal to me, as if the invisible world was simply part of the room. Preschool Prophetess for the win!
But my human path had many plot twists. By sixteen, I was pregnant. Married in high school. A mother of three by twenty one. I grew up in a faith structure that taught laying down my life down for others was the way to please the God I loved, that my inner truths needed to submit to external authority, and that the body was a problem to be mastered by the will. I was agreeable, devoted, and became so good at over-giving, had it been an Olympic Sport, I would’ve won all the medals!
My husband and I worked very hard. Led in the church. Flipped houses. Raised 4 babies. Showed up for everyone. Congregations grew. Responsibilities grew. And under the surface, so did the cracks. Eventually, hard family fracture and burnout arrived as an unwanted but deeply needed invitation to simply stop.
While marriage collapsed under the weight of constant striving, my identity (built entirely around service and sacrifice) unraveled with it, there was gift in the pain, and in 2018, we left the suburban sprawl of Nashville for the mountains of Asheville, hoping peace might help us heal.
During that transition, I met a lovely energy healer who introduced me to the Akashic Records. For the first time, I experienced guidance that didn’t ask me to abandon myself; it invited me back in to my own knowings and return to connection with my Higher Self. I began releasing what I had been taught to be (the over functioning, the self erasure, the belief that love required depletion) and began once more to embody who I’d been as a child; deeply connected to the messages found in nature, music, Spirit, prayer, full of whimsy and joy, still loving to be in service to community, but also with plenty of room for self too.
Today, my choices are rooted in heart centered love, play, and oftentimes sass, not because anything is perfect, but because there is congruence. Sometimes external expectation still calls, but I’ve learned to live via resonance instead. It delights me to walk alongside others who are ready to do the same – untangle conditioning, reconnect with their soul’s wisdom, and remember who they were before the world told them who to be; a unique expression of Divine Generative Creativity meant to be lived in fullness and wonder.
This work isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about coming home to who you’ve always been.
