“How does being who I am in this life help me to know that I am good at my core, whole and complete, as are all other beings?” This is funny. Even in writing you have a problem with this question, for you believe each soul is on a journey to wholeness and holiness, and while all carry divine spark and are moving toward their best and highest good via compassion and acceptance, woo woo versions of unconditional love for self and others do not in fact change things. To align with love and light is each soul’s free choice and some beings are not interested in that pathway. Some choose to use their divine spark for power unhinged, corruption, hedonistic pleasure that harms others, rape of the planet, disrespect to the mothers, the list continues. We would not say that they are perfect in their beings, rather that they are perfectly free to choose, and there is acceptance, room, space for their choice as a viable one in this Galaxy.

There are protectors for a reason. Providers for a reason. False declaration of “good” when it is not good, does not raise vibration or support the enlightenment of the planet. Though we see and know this author and love her dearly, her language and perspectives align with some and not with others. This simply means there is other wisdom more relevant for you. Perhaps a more cognizant wisdom for you would be the recognition that all souls are not on the Golden Path, do not wish to grow beyond their current stuck point, and to walk away from such beings in early days rather than being dragged down to painful depths you could have avoided had you not believed their unkindness or inability was a Batman Beacon calling forth your mission, and instead an indication of their lack of viability for you.

The next question goes, “Ask to see yourself as you are seeing and known in the records by Masters, teachers and loved ones.” Do you have a response? Delight. You are delighted in. Favored, supported, undergirded, enjoyed. The vast love and wild of your spirit, the paradoxical fierce and gentle that is you combine many of the puzzling aspects of the Divine, as evidenced through anima and animus. We see you as a being who integrates right and left brain, head and heart, mind and spirit, logic and reason with empathy and openness, structure (sometimes with immovable rigidity) along with fluid feminine movement and adaptability.

You feel a call to the mythic life because yours is the hero’s journey, and that is how you are seen and known to us; one who walks the hero’s path in full knowing of the depths, trial, pain and despair, but for the joy set before you. Even just for the hope of that joy you are willing to go. You are not a suffering servant like your Christ, though of course he could have chosen another way. You are Odysseus. Homer. Hercules. Achilles. Penthesilea. Morgrid. (Cheeky old witch? How dare you!) Success at the end, as well as accolades for a job well done, mission well served, and your ambition are honored here as well as your gentleness of soul.

Is there a particular reason my soul chose this me with all its experiences? Your soul liked this lineage – one of struggle to overcome, with actual overcoming in the midst. It seemed in alignment with your greatest values. The victory is ever so much sweeter with something to be overcome; lessons learned along the way. (Transformation as Oedipus, mythology, fate). Barkey and Clouse people transform. Yes, you have been near to and worked with lineages that subvert. This has brought much foiling to your transformation values, yet also has given you exactly what you need to achieve what you most long for; opportunities to transform, shape, shift, become anew, become again. You did not choose a partner to work with you in your desires, rather one who would provide for them through friction and tumult.

Another loved one is from a pleasure line. As you have experienced, there are joys and great weaknesses in this. When work or effort are required, this loved one quits on you. When he is up for you as a pleasure conduit, all is well. Though he carries much innate goodness, his pleasure seeking has escalated to the point where his soul is endeavoring to persevere via ascetic (lack) and pain. He is seeking his own purification. You do not see yourself as full of impurities to be burned out via trial. You go from strength to strength. From the Higher Self level, your loved one does not know whether you are a temptation or a gift, siren or seer, and he cannot fully say yes to the pleasure he finds in you, or no to it either. All who straddle a choice are choosing their own misery. A choice made in power goes further than one avoided from fear.

Conversation with Guides in the Records

1) What limiting beliefs are ready to end? The belief that all must be well before you move forward is ready to end. The belief that you must have the solution before you even take a step. We would say to you that oftentimes taking a single, simple step puts you on the pathway to your highest solution even in the path ends up being “wrong.”

2) Which beliefs are not ready but would be in my highest good to let go of? You are not ready to let go of the belief that you son’s wellness is tied to staying in your marriage. It is an inordinately limiting belief that you must tie yourself to another, not for your own good, but for the good of someone else, even when that someone else is your child. This is a primary limiting belief for you in this incarnation. Once your firstborn existed, he was all that mattered for you whether the relationship that formed him was able to be a true partnership or not. This is both the high and low expression of your Mother Bear Star, and yet another example of your belief that love means sacrifice. Come ask us another day what we believe love is, what we believe love means. If you choose to stay in this marriage because you believe this path provides you with the most opportunities for love, joy, growth, purpose, meaning, and service, we support you. But we would advise you to let your values around relationships change. Mutuality and reciprocity are your closest companions right now.

3) What old patterns is it time to release? It is time to release your need to hold on to what you know. (Know as in a mental, thinking, intelligence driven style of being in the world.) It is time to connect to the wisdom of your body. Your very cells carry direction and purpose for you, and often you reject your body’s direction in favor of the mind or spirit as if they are at odds with one being higher and another lower, as though the Divine Creator did not put all needed wisdom for your human vehicle into the various systems he designed to hold the totality of you.

We say to you, firmly and with the authority given to us as your Guides and Teachers, it is time to stop devaluing your body and time to stop wishing for another Earth Suit. Past time to stop judging the calls of your body as being any sort of moral anything. The needs, desires, rhythms of your body are good. The false dogma that you somehow cannot trust your very self is a lie from the pit of what you would call Hell and we would call the Void. You want to come higher. Come higher by delving deeper into the wisdom and intelligence of your body. Its loudness for you with your lover is another of his great gifts to you, not to be idealized, simply to be received. We say continue to connect with the Earth as a way to release this old pattern. Your back yard as haven is a good step.

4) What skeletons need to be cleared out of my closet? The skeleton needing to be cleaned out of your closet is self-hatred. It is the Shadow Side of your gift – Love of All Things – and you judge yourself harshly. Terribly harshly and unkindly, full of a severity and demand for perfection you would never require from or put on others. This skeleton is a means to enact control on a world far out of your control. Instead of being a leaf taken down the stream, you prefer to direct the path. If it was perfect enough, beautiful enough, perhaps some child would be wooed by its beauty, pluck it out of the harshness of the current, and place it safely in a book where it would be admired for its perfection and left alone to contemplate. Yet while you are a contemplative being, you are meant to be in the thick of all the things. You are meant to engage just as you are, not as some perfected future version of you, and let this life path take you along based on who responds to the truest you, imperfections and all.

When you hide your flaws, and hide from your flaws, you hide from your pathway. Yours is not a journey of cool, aloof, restrained, pressed, still beauty meant to be stared at and contemplated. You are beauty in the trenches. Your beauty lies in getting your hands dirty. In the fullness of your laughter. In the muchness of your shape. Let life carry and provide for the skin you are in, not just your beautifully heavy bones. (We know you like your bones but would shift what covers them. We like your bones too. We simply admire more than your bones. You are not here to be less. You are here in inhabit fully.) We would say this is enough teaching for today. Go put on a pretty dress, do your shopping, and be about your Earthly business. We will be here and are with you.
